Mr. Jansen said he had no problems with the proposed contract. <br />Councilman Cox said regarding the entire proposal he doesn't think it <br />appropriate to be so restrictive in a commercial district when we permit <br />commercial/business to exist in residential districts without any regu- <br />lations. He thinks it is arbitrary to put Mr. Jansen through the admini- <br />strative process he has been through when we don't even look at the busi- <br />nesses in the residential areas that are violating the ordinance. <br />Motion by Councilman Nickelson and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to <br />approve the contract with ~r.
