CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Riley called the Closed Session of the City Council to order at 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br />2. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />2.01: Attorney - Client Privileged Discussion of Litigation: PSD Holdings, LLC v. City of <br />Ramsey - Closed to the Public <br /> <br />City Attorney Knaak discussed the lawsuit being brought against the City by PSD Holdings. <br /> <br />RECESS AND RECONVENE <br /> <br />The Closed Session meeting recessed at 6:51 p.m. <br /> <br />The Closed Session meeting reconvened at 8:09 p.m. <br /> <br />2.01: Attorney - Client Privileged Discussion of Litigation: PSD Holdings, LLC v.
