City Attorney Knaak said yes. <br />Mr. Teigen stated that the easement has been used since 1979 and has been maintaining both roads <br />and asked if the easement can be redesigned. <br />City Attorney Knaak said yes but that is not to stop them from trying to mitigate and lessen the <br />impact on the property. <br />4.
