Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #23-088 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE OF VACTOR TRAILER <br />WHEREAS, the adopted 2023 - 2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) includes <br />a 2023 capital equipment request to purchase a Vactor trailer; and <br />WHEREAS, on April 18, 2023, the Ramsey Public Works Committee received <br />information on this capital equipment request and recommended City Council approval to <br />purchase the Vactor trailer in 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, Council approval is requested to purchase the requested Vactor trailer <br />in 2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the City Engineer/Public Works Director to <br />purchase the Vactor trailer in 2023, for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Resolution #23-088 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
