ADDENDUM COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS

Enclosure

D2-g)

(D2-h)

F ....... Stud- - Landfill Gas Recovery P~o~ect
Letter dated March 20, 1983 from Mark Ryan of Metro
Council in response to "Alternate Airport Site Study"
Adopted Policy, MetrO Council, changes to Local
Governments Comprehensive Plan.

CASE ~7:

JAMES REFRIGERATION COMPANY REGARDING URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND
PLATTING OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND BETWEEN CITY HALL AND
DENTAL CLINIC:

They want to develop the parcel of land between the Ramsey
Municipal Center and the Dental Clinic which fronts on Now~chen
Blvd N.W., (County Road #5). They have two problems which will
require Council action which ape as follows:
3. Location of p~oposed City street, ~52nd Street NW, .
which abuts the south property llne of the dental clinic and the
north property line of this proposed development. The City had
DP. Anderson set his development up so that it would tie into
this proposed extension on 152nd Lane NW. It was also under-
stood at the time that the land for the extension of 152nd Lane
NW would come from this parcel which is being considered for
development. However, it was understood that Dr. Anderson would
shape in the cost of the street construction.
2. F~ontage road. It was also my understanding that there
w~uld be a frontage road which serves the City Hall, proposed
development and Dental Clinic.
Co~nents: Council should probably ask owner of the total parcel
of land to prepare a sketch plan of how the intent is to layout
this total parcel. We now have one (1) acre platting going on
which will probably goof up this total parcel as far as develop-
ment.
Council Action: Council's only action on this issue will be
direction to James Refrigeration. Will have proposed site plan
available for Council review.

CASE #8:

LANDFILL:

The following items are before Council on this case:
a) Discussions between the City of Ramsey and Anoka
regarding landfill issue.-- City Attorney, Bill Good~ich,
will add rest of this issue.
b) Request for proposal for Feasibility Study - Landfill
Gas Recovery project (Enclosure D2-f) contains a copy of the
