ENGINEER <br />The ENGINEER shall include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: <br /> <br />Task 1 Obtain and analyze relevant background data, maps, reports, <br /> etc. necessary to accomplish the objectives. <br />Task 2 Analyze the background data and develop a field program to <br /> test and analyze quality and quantity of the landfill gas. <br /> <br />Task 3 Meet with the County and operational personnel to obtain <br /> concurrence with the proposed field test program and establish <br /> a test schedule and details. <br /> <br />Task 4 <br />Task 5 <br /> <br />Task 6 <br />Task 7 <br />Task 8 <br /> <br />Perform field test. <br />Analyze field data and prepare ~stimate of present and future <br />gas production and quality. <br />Perform preliminary market survey and determine user requirements <br />and use considerations. <br />Synthesize all data and prepare preliminary conceptual design, <br />discussion, and cost estimate for the most likely user candidate(s). <br /> <br />Prepare a report which describes' and presents program activities <br />and findings and specifically addresses the project objectives. <br /> <br />PROPOSALS <br /> <br />The County requests proposals to be submitted with recommendations for <br />phasing the afore-referenced tasks.
