Impact on <br />natural resources includes the impact on the level, <br />flow, or quality of a facility's water resources <br />(lakes, streams, wetlands) and impact on a facility's <br />wildlife populatioms or habitat (migration routes, <br />breeding sites, plant communities); <br /> <br />Whether the proposed amendment may preclude or limit <br />the future acquisition of land in an area identified <br />in the Capital Improvement Program of the Council's <br />Recreation Open Space Development Guide/Policy Plan; <br /> <br />Whether the proposed amendment may affect either the <br />function of a metropolitan airport identified in the <br />Council's Airports System Plan/Develo~xaent Guide <br />or the land use within an airport search area; <br /> <br />hw <br /> <br />Whether the proposed amendment may result in a change <br />to existing or proposed metropolitan highway system <br />interchanges, or to local facilities that have <br />interchanges with the metropolitan highway system. <br />Changes to interchanges include timing, design, or <br />location different frcm that in the approved <br />comprehensive plan. Changes to local facilities <br />include timing, staging, volume, capacity, design, <br />location, or functional classification different from <br />that shown in the approved comprehensive plan; <br /> <br />Whether the proposed amendment may result in a change <br />in transit service o~ facilities frcm those in the <br />approved comprehensive plan; <br /> <br />Whether the proposed amendment will result in an <br />increase in densities planned in the approved <br />comprehensive plan for the rural service area. <br /> <br /> <br />
