the proposed resolution establishing the rates for storm drainage improvement charges. <br />Attorney Goodrich discussed the landfill issue with the Council. <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to direct the City <br />Attorney to discuss the Ramsey-Auoka Landfill Contract with whomever in the <br />Anoka City Office he deems appropriate. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Sorteberg, Councilman Reimann, <br />Councilman Cox, Councilwoman VanWagner- Voting no: None. <br /> Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman ReimaD-n to direct the staff <br /> to prepare a letter to Anoka County Con~nissioner Ed Fields and the Anoka >~rea <br /> Athletic Association in strong support for locating the Malti-purpose <br /> Recreation Facility in the Rum River site in Ramsey and request his support <br /> and cooperation and the support of the association. <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, CouncilmanSorteberg, Cotuucilman Reimsnn, <br /> Councilman Cox, Counc~lwomanVanWagner. Voting no: None. <br /> Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by councilwoman Van Wagner to direct the staff <br /> to prepare a letter providing information and asking Anoka Coanty support to change <br /> the state aid fonnula. <br /> Motion carried.
