Dennis Donovan - Park Bond Issue <br /> Dennis Donov~ from the Park ahd Recreation Committee presented plan for <br /> the new park recreation f~cilit~. <br /> BenJamih Deemer commente~ on the location of the hockey rink and <br /> suggested moving it. <br /> Arthur Dunn' recommended changing the lo~ation position of the softball <br /> field. <br /> Chairman Kenneth Peterson asked the P&Z Commissio~ for their ~pinions <br /> regarding the bond issue. <br /> Ronald West con~nented recreation is in demand, however he~ did not feel the <br /> residents in his area wot~ld be in favor Of it because most bf the children <br /> go to Elk River for activities because they go to school there. <br /> Kathy Schneider would like tO know if maintenShice ~d 'upkeep fees are <br /> included in the proposal.
