Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-8 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING CITY OF ANOKA CON~PREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Anoka has furnished the City of R~nsey <br />a copy of their Comprehensive Plan for the purpose of reviewing and comment- <br />ing on it; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission was <br />directed to review and submit their recommendation to the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey in regards to findings and recommendations on the City <br />of Anoka's Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission submitted <br /> the following recommendation to the Ramsey City Council as follows: That <br /> the City Council of Auoka notify the City of Ramsey if any land is developed <br /> along our common corporate limits. <br /> NOW THEREF01TE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RA~EY, ANOKA <br /> COUNTY, STATE 0FMINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> l) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves of the Ramsey <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendations regarding the Anoka <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2) It, therefore, requests that the City Council of Anoka <br /> to have inserted into their Comprehensive Plan that the City of Ramsey will <br /> be notified of any development along our common corporate limits. Accord- <br /> ingly, the City of Ramsey will have the same inserted into their Comprehen- <br /> sive Plan. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br /> lng voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Gamec, Counctlmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Re~m-nn <br /> and Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 10th day of N~rch, 1981. <br /> <br /> <br />
