' . <br /> <br /> The city councils of Champlin and Brooklyn Park have continually sub- <br />mitred joint and individual resolutions to the controlliDg agencies re-. <br />questing a definitive system and funding for a CAB area sanitary sewer.'... <br /> The uncertainties associated with the r~inneapoiis East Interceptor <br />and the Metropolitan Treatment Plant problems must be considered'on their' -~ <br />own merits.
