SUMMARY <br /> <br /> The CAB area city councils have unanimously approved Alternative 3]~ <br /> from the "Northwest Facilities Planning Study", as part of the 201 Studies <br /> <br /> under the control of the I~¢CC. <br /> The CAB area con~nunittes have been active participants in all phase~ of <br />the 208 and 201 Studies involving the planning of a metro sanitary sewer <br />facility ~ithout receiving a definitive program from the jurisdictional <br />agencies. ' . <br /> <br /> The city councils of Champlin and Brooklyn Park have continually sub- <br />mitred joint and individual resolutions to the controlliDg agencies re-. <br />questing a definitive system and funding for a CAB area sanitary sewer.'... <br /> The uncertainties associated with the r~inneapoiis East Interceptor <br />and the Metropolitan Treatment Plant problems must be considered'on their' -~ <br />own merits. They demand a solution, with or without the negligible flows <br />contributed by the CAB communities. <br /> <br /> The Cities of Brooklyn Park and Champlin encourage all the jurisdic- <br />tional and authorized agencies to support the following program: .... <br /> 1.
