CASE ~4: <br /> <br />Administrator's Comments: The following still has to be <br />accomplished in regards to this plat: <br /> a) City Attorney's title opinion on subject plat. <br /> b) Park fee has to be paid to the City in the amound <br /> of $1,120.00. <br /> C) Any--requirements lald out in the City Engineer'S <br /> report dated March 17, 1981 where no variance has <br /> been granted on it. <br /> d) Preparation of development contract for this plat. <br /> The City Code states the above will be accomplished prior to <br /> granting final plat approval. However, Council has always <br /> ignored that to a certain extent and given final plat approval, <br /> hinged on this being accomplished by the developer before the <br /> City signs any documents such as the plat. <br /> Council Action: Your action will be to apprOve/disapprove/amend- <br /> If Council disapproves plat, you should state your reasons. <br /> This is an example motion you may want to use in granting <br /> approval of subject plat: Motion by' seconded <br /> granting final plat approval based on the <br /> by <br /> foliowing to be accomplished prior to the signing of plat document. <br /> <br /> a) City Attorney's title opinion. <br /> b) Park fee in the amount of $1,120.00 has been paid to <br /> the City. <br /> c) Any unpaid costs to the City in connection with the - <br /> development of plat up to this date are reimbursed <br /> to the City of Ramsey. <br /> d) Development contract has been signed by developer and <br /> escrow deposit in City control. <br /> e) All engineering requirements have been satisfied as <br /> listed in City Engineer's report dated March 17, 1981 <br /> where variances haven'~ been authorized by the City <br /> Council. FUrther, letter from City Engineer substantia- <br /> ting that the developer has complied with his report as <br /> · approved by Coun~l. - ~ ~ ~--~ <br /> Further,/the City Council hereby authorxzes the Mayor and City <br /> Admin/Clerk to sign the development contract and final plat pro~ <br /> viding all or'the above has been satisfied. Motion carried. <br /> ............ Voting no: ...... <br /> Voting yes: <br /> <br /> MEADOWBROOK ESTAT~ <br /> <br />The developer has requested six (6) months of time on filing of <br />final plat due to the state of the economy. <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the <br /> <br /> <br />
