Lokevllle, Minnesola 55044 (612) 469-388~1 <br /> <br />March 17, 1981 <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />Anoka, Minnesota 55303 <br /> Hy-lO Ramsey - Final Plat <br /> <br />Dear Council Members: <br />We have reviewed the above referenced final plat and the accompanying soil borings, <br />construction plans and specifications- <br />The final plat is the same as the preliminary plat which was approved on.January 27, <br />19B1. <br /> In review of the final plat, construction plans and specifications we would recom- <br /> mend the following changes or additions: <br /> <br /> 1. The typical street section be revised to include a 2" bituminous mat and 6" of <br /> gravel. <br /> <br /> ~. The specifications should be revised to include restoration of all disturbed <br /> areas, since extensive grading is being done. <br /> <br /> 3. A grading plan for the drainage easement should be prepared to provide for the <br /> required pond storage. <br /> <br /> 4. A ditch section showing the proposed ditch construction along Armstrong Blvd. <br /> should be provided. <br /> We have estimated the cost of the improvements to be $124,000. The bond or escrow <br /> requirement is 150 percent of the estimated cost or $186,600. <br /> We would reco~end approval.of the final plat with the following conditions: <br /> 1.
