No address map was prepared as required by Article 170.0310 D.m. of the City <br /> Code. <br /> <br /> 2. The constructim ~an was not prepared by a professional engineer registered <br /> by the State of Minnesota, as required by Article 170.039D. <br /> 3. The construction plan does not show a cross section of the proposed swales or <br /> grades as required by Article 170.037C.c. of the City Code. <br /> We have estimated the cost of the improvements to be $3,350.00. The bond or escrow <br /> requirement is 150 percent of the estimated cost or $5,025.00. <br /> We would recommend approval of the final plat with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The developer enter into a performance contract with the city to complete the <br /> improvements. <br /> <br /> 2.
