<br />Councilmember Woestehoff introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #23-087 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES <br />PROPOSAL FROM AMERICAN ENGINEERING TESTING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey requires assistance with materials testing services for all <br />2023 improvement projects and private developments; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, American Engineering Testing satisfactorily performed these same services <br />for the City of Ramsey in 2022; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, American Engineering Testing submitted a proposal to perform the same <br />services in 2023; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff reviewed said proposal and finds it to be reasonable and <br />satisfactory; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Attorney reviewed said proposal and approved it as to legal form. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to execute said proposal for and <br />1) <br />on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
