Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #06-03-3LXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-30 TH 47 TRAIL <br />PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement <br />Prroject 05-30 for trail improvements along TH 47, and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the council for approval <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an <br />advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />28th day of March, 2006. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-03-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> -163- <br /> <br /> <br />
