Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #06-03-X3LX <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #06-21 2006 STOR3I <br /> SEWER IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, THE City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement <br /> Prroject 06-21 ,and has presented such plans and specifications to the council for approval <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RANISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an <br /> advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />28th day of March, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-03-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> -165- <br /> <br /> <br />
