ORDINANCE NO. 06- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.85 I. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described portion of a dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: Lot I, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center Addition 3rd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, as dedicated by said Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition described as follows: Commencing at the southeast comer of said Lot 1; thence on a assumed bearing North 23 degrees 43 minutes 04 seconds East along the easterly line of said Lot 1 and the boundary of said Drainage and Utility Easement, for 57.88 feet to an angle point in said easement boundary; thence North 84 degrees 36 minutes 56 seconds West along said boundm-y of the Drainage and Utility Easement, for 88.16 feet to an angle point in said easement boundary; thence North 66 degrees 10 minutes 33 seconds West along said boundary of Drainage and Utility Easement, for 116.37 feet to actual point of beginning of the Drainage and Utility Easement to be vacated; thence continuing along said boundary of the Drainage and Utility Easement North 66 degrees 10 minutes 33 seconds West for 107.10 feet; thence South 23 degrees 49 minutes 27 seconds West for 5.00 feet; thence South 66 degrees 10 minutes 33 seconds East for 107.10 feet; thence North 23 degrees 49 minutes 27 seconds East for 5.00 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
