I did not <br />realize that these 16 single family homes were going to be built on just 4 acresl I was under the impression that each <br />home would be on a 2.5 acre parcel (16 x 2.5 acres = 40 acres). <br />I have many concerns regarding this development, but the major concerns are excessive traffic to Erkium Street NW, <br />community septic systems and individual wells (ground water) for 16 homes on just 4 acres!
