Mayor Gamec reviewed the schedule of events for Wednesday, February 22ha, with the visiting <br />delegation from Loudi, China. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon reported the following: <br /> · A representative of the McKnight Foundation has indicated the City's grant proposal is <br /> looking positive. The representative has requested to meet with Mayor Gamec. It will be <br /> one to two months until the final decision is made regarding the grant. <br /> · A Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 23rd to discuss <br /> communication issues and processes with Larry Bakken. Shortly after that meeting staff <br /> would like to set up a meeting with the Council and Mr. Bakken to discuss the issues. <br /> Following the separate meetings there will be a joint Council/Planning Commission <br /> meeting scheduled to facilitate the Commission and Council working together. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 8:35 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />James E.
