Ramsey City Council Members <br />City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Blvd, Ramsey, Mn 55303 <br /> <br />Feb 3 2006 <br /> <br />We, the homeowners of Riverwood Hills and other close homeownem would appreciate <br />your review of the petition we presented to the Ramsey Planning Commission on Feb 2, <br />20006 signed by 82 residents. <br />Our concern is that when the Ramsey City Council reviewed and invoked this cluster <br />development ordinance, we we not given any notice. <br />We understand now that Ramsey City Council meetings are open to the public, but most <br />of your agenda does not affect us as this does. <br /> <br />Homeowners of Riverwood Hills and Homeowners surrounding the 40 acre Proposed <br />Subdivision of Shade Tree Creek <br /> <br />-267- <br /> <br /> <br />
