CASE # <br /> <br /> REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT FOR RIVER PINES 6TM ADDITION: <br /> CASE OF OAKWOOD LAND DEVELOPMENT <br /> By: Breanne Daines, Associate Planner <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Oakwood Land Development has applied for a minor subdivision to create two lots from an <br />existing lot, legally described as Lot 1, Block 3, River Pines 5th Addition. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br /> a) Site location map <br />Notification: <br /> <br />Minor subdivisions are not subject to a public hearing. However, owners of property within 700 <br />feet of the subject property were notified of the sketch plan. A land use sign was also erected on <br />the subject property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The approval of the submitted FinaI Plat hinges upon an easement vacation, that Staff has <br />recommended to table. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is recommended that a decision on the Final Plat be continued until such a time that the <br />easement vacation is resolved. <br /> <br />-329- <br /> <br /> <br />
