ADOPT ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE <br />14280 SUNFISH LAKE BOULEVARD N~V <br /> <br /> By: William lC Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is currently negotiating a TIF agreement with R/verside Manufacturing. As a <br />part of the transaction, the city is to convey title to: The East 500 feet of the South 200 feet (as <br />measured along the East and South lines respectively) of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (NEI/4 of SE 1/4) of Section numbered Twenty-seven (27), Townskip Thirty-two (32) <br />North of Range Twenty-five (25) West to Riverside Manufacturing. On March 14, 2006, the City <br />Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale.
