On January 10, 2006 the City Council approved an additional 3 parcels along the project. <br /> <br />On February 21, 2006 the City Council Approved an additional 13 parcels along the <br />project. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />There are 54 properties along the selected alignment. The elimination of the trail has been <br />well received by the remaining parcels. A memo from the Tinklenberg Group and the list <br />of property owners contacted and the proposed amounts are attached as well as exhibits <br />showing the location of each parcel. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the completed negotiations with the three (3) property <br />owners.
