VANMAN <br /> <br />Lord of Life Church <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Master Plan Proposal <br /> <br />to add additional design services for the <br /> <br />Memorial Garden Design <br /> <br />February 2, 2006 <br /> <br />This proposal extends our original proposal to include additional design work for the memorial <br />garden design on the Lord of Life property. Lord of Life's interest is to have a plan for the <br />memorial garden on the property reduced by the proposed highway alignment. <br /> <br />Our original service proposal did not include fees to provide a preliminary design for <br />the memorial garden project. A schematic cemetary plan was completed by Anderson-Johnson <br />Associates on June 2004 to fit the current site configuration. We now propose to provide a <br />comparable design for the site using the proposed new road alignment. Our intention is to <br />provide a plan with the same level of detail that was previously done. <br /> <br />Lord of Life is interested in having the memorial garden planned and started as soon as possible. <br />Planning and implementation for the first phase of the memorial garden will most likely happen <br />before final decisions are made on the proposed highway changes. To accomplish a first phase <br />design will require a location that can work with both possible road alignments.
