Without a sup- <br /> m portive environment that allows some breathing room to learn from these mistakes, <br /> the odds of survival are slim for these businesses. Incubators offer such an <br /> m environment.". <br /> Registration for the conference will be held between 6 and 8 p.m. August <br /> 28, and 7 and 9 a.~. August 29. The opening session will be at 8:30 a.m. <br /> m ~ Early registration fee is $75. Registration at the door is $90. <br /> Materials, two luncheons and a reception are included in the cost. <br /> m ,,The small business incubator conference is a unique opportunity to gain <br /> <br /> information, background and experience to create business incubators in <br /> m Minnesota," said David Mocol, director of the Business Development Office of <br /> <br /> the Financial Management Division, Minnesota Department of Energy and Economic <br /> m Development.
