Schnelle: <br /> <br />PE~4IT APPLICATIC~ 85-6005, ANOKA COUNTY <br /> <br />The Departmemt of Natural Resources has received your applicatiOn for an <br />appropriatiOn permit for your City's water supply. <br />In order to complete the analysis of yoar permit, additiOnal information <br />needed. Please supply a copy of the Water Well Record for the well. This <br />is a copy of the official form the well driller must send to the Minnesota <br />Department of Health by law. Please include any productiOn well data, if <br />available, with the Water Well Record. If a Water Well Record is not <br />available, c~lete the enclosed supple~_ntary data sheets for each well. <br /> In addition, for public water supply systems, the following informatiOn is <br /> required under the rules for water apprup~ iation. <br /> a. The number of d~,estic users. <br /> b. Reasonable projection of population growth. <br /> c. The number and type of industrial and cc~,,~ercial users of the public <br /> water SUl~ply syst~n. <br /> d. The amount of water to be supplied to dcx~tic, industrial, and <br /> users respectively. <br /> e. Other users by type of use and amount to be used frCxa the public wat~ <br /> supply system such as: <br /> <br /> 1. golf courses. <br /> 2. recreaticnal lake level maintenance. <br /> 3. water transferred to other supply systems. <br /> f.
