Please refer <br />to enclosure (DZ-b) for the following documents: <br /> a) Bid tabulations <br /> b) City Engineer's letter <br /> c) Resolution accepting/rejecting bid <br /> d) Letters from Minnesota Department of Health <br /> Council Actkm: Your action on this is complicated by Section 11.01 of the Charter. <br /> Consequently, I will have the City Attorney address this issue at the meeting. If <br />we do proceed, Council will have to adopt a resolution receiving and accepting <br />the lowest, most responsible bid.
