The City Administrator will comment on this in his report (Exhibit "A"). e) Homestead credit aid and local government aid (LGA) 1984 - Enclosure (DZ-a), page Z contains the first of six payments of LGA for 1984 to the City of Ramsey. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING BID ON MUNICIPAL I I I I I I I I CASE ,4: wELL NO. 1: Bids were opened on July 10, 1984 for Municipal Well No. 1 and accordingly, Council will be receiving and accepting/rejecting the above bid by resolution. Please refer to enclosure (DZ-b) for the following documents: a) Bid tabulations b) City Engineer's letter c) Resolution accepting/rejecting bid d) Letters from Minnesota Department of Health Council Actkm: Your action on this is complicated by Section 11.01 of the Charter. Consequently, I will have the City Attorney address this issue at the meeting. If we do proceed, Council will have to adopt a resolution receiving and accepting the lowest, most responsible bid. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution ~84- receiving and accepting/rejecting the lowest responsible bid received for the construction of Municipal Well No. 1. M~I'ING MINUTES DATED JULY 10, 1984 REGARDING ORDINANCE AMF-NDMENT ,84-5, REZONING OF HI-TEN SPORTS: I I I In accordance with Section 3.04.02 of the City Charter, a roll call vote is required on the adoption of any ordinance. Enclosure (D2--c) contains an excerpt of Council minutes dated July 10, 1984 which shows that Ordinance 4~84-5 did not have a roll call vote.
