ANOKA COUNTY'S LEi-i-/c;R DATED JULY 9, 1984 TO MINNESOTA UTILI-i-I.~S AND ANOKA COUNTY'S LI~-I-I-~R DATED JULY 9, 1984 TO CITY OF RAMSEY): The following is hereby submitted on this case: a) Anoka landfill grounds reports dated June 6 and 15, 1984 - Enclosure (DZ-f) contains grounds reports for Council information. Cmmcil Action: Your action will be to note that you have received said report and take any action you so deem necessary. b) Anoka County Solid Waste Abatement Action paper dated June 1Z, 1984 - Enclosure (DZ--g) contains a copy of the County's Solid Waste Abatement Action paper dated June 12, 1984. The Council may have received a copy of this enclosure from Commissioner Natalie Haas, however, the minutes should reflect that you have received it and had an opportunity to take action on it. Cotmcil Action: No action is required unless you deem otherwise. However, it should be noted in the minutes that you have received and reviewed the County's Solid Waste Abatement Action paper dated June 1Z, 1984. c) Testing of certain residential wells - Enclosure (D2-h)contains the following letters for your information: 1) Letter dated July 11, 1984 from Anoka County informing the Ramsey City Council that the County would not test certain residential wells as requested by the City Council unless current tests being conducted by the County were in the negative· Z) Letter from the City of Ramsey informing certain citizens that the City would test their wells. Council Action: No action is required unless you deem otherwise. d) Cleanfill demolition landfill at 6100 Industry Ave. NW - Enclosure (DZ-i) contains the following letters in regards to this: 1) Letter dated July 9, 1984 from Anoka County to Minnesota Utility Contracting, Inc. stating that the County has renewed their license for another year expiring June 30, 1985.
