The <br />following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution <br />~84- making a negative/positive declaration on the River's Bend <br />plat environmental assessment worksheet. Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #84- A copy is also contained in the River's <br />Bend plat file. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />· Voting no <br /> <br />Note: Councilmembers have previously received a copy of the EAW for the <br />River's Bend plat. <br /> <br /> b) Receiving feasibility report for water, sewer a~d streets for River's Bend <br />plat - Coundil Resolution ~$4-106 directed that the City Engineer prepare a feasibility <br />report on water, sewer and streets, etc. Accordingly, enclosure (DZ-1) contains <br />the proposed resolution which accepts the City Engineer's feasibility report only, <br />as Council has already authorized the City Engineer by Resolution 484-107 to <br />commence preparation of plans and specifications. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of adopting a resolution <br />approving feasibility report for water, sewer, streets, etc. in the River's Bend plat. <br />The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />CASE ~9: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution 484- <br />approving the City Engineer's feasibility report for water, sewer, streets, etc. <br />only, as Resolution #84-107 ordered the plans and specifications. Please refer <br />to resolution file for Resolution 484- <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no <br /> <br />REQUEST BY GRACE COMMUNITY BIBLE CHURCH FOR AN EXTENSION TO <br /> <br />THEIR CONTRACT FOR USE OF THE LOWER LEVEL: <br /> <br />Grace Community Bible Church was approved the use of the lower level for the <br />purpose of conducting church services between May 27, 1984 and September 2, 1984 <br />on February 28, 1984 by the City Council. Since that time, they feel they could <br />possibly have Phase I of their building completed before the end of November, 1984 <br />and are, therefore, requesting an extension of their contract between themselves <br />and the City. Enclosure (DZ-m} contains their letter requesting this extension and <br />an amended copy of the agreement for your review. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Grace Community <br />Bible Church's request for an extension in their contract between themselves and <br />the City of Ramsey. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your <br />consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/disapprove of <br />the contract extension between Grace Community Bible Church and the City <br />of Ramsey for the use of the lower level for conducting their church services <br />until November 25, 1984 and that if approved, the church shall provide proof <br />of insurance for that additional extension of time. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes . Voting no <br /> <br /> <br />
