In particular, this <br />committee's advice will be considered following the adoption of <br />the/~etropolitan Council Regional Abatement Plan in 1985. <br /> <br />The County will contract for engineering services on an hourly <br />basis not to exceed $20~000 annually for solid waste abatement <br />assistance: <br /> <br />I. The development of an annual work plan to be approved by the <br /> County Board. <br /> <br />The provision of technical engineering expertise for analyzing <br />marl<eting opportunities and abatement alternatives and for <br />program development. <br /> <br />3, The provision of engineering services for implementation. <br /> <br /> <br />
