April 27~ 19gq~ and my <br /> correspondence of 3une 26, 19gq~ concerning the license application of Minnesota <br /> m Utility Contracting, Inc. <br /> Since the time of my 3une 26th correspondence, the licensee has amended his <br /> m application to: 1) prohibit public use; 2) identify the type and source of the fill <br /> material; 3) limit the fill material to that from their construction projects. With <br /> this amendmen% their application is in compliance with the provisions of the <br /> mSolid Waste Ordinance and the license can be approved. <br /> The issuance of a cleanfill demolition landfill license would be for a 12-month <br /> m period (3uly 1~ 19gq-3une 30, 1995). We are not able to issue it for a shorter <br /> period. The only action which we could take to shorten this period would be to <br /> suspend or revoke the license. Such an action could be taken only i! the operator <br /> of the facility were in violation of the ordinance. <br /> m We would appreciate your assistance in advising us of any violation in the <br /> operation of this facility during the year.
