CONCLUSIONS <br /> The proposed project will meet all MPCA, DNR, and Health <br /> Department requirements and standards. Areas which could have <br /> had a potential for significant environmental effects have been <br /> identified and evaluated. No potentially significant negative <br /> impacts were identified. Therefore, no environmental impact <br /> statement is required. <br /> Based on the findings and conclusions contained herein and the <br /> reference documents, including all comments received in the <br /> environmental assessment worksheet, the City of Ramsey <br /> determined on July 24, 1984 , 1984 that an environmental <br /> impact statement is not required on the proposed project. <br /> <br />Thomas G.
