The City of Ramsey approves the Findings of Fact which <br />conclude that the proposed River's Bend development does not have <br />the potential for significant environmental effects, and <br />2. The City of Ramsey authorizes the Mayor to sign the Findings <br />of Fact, and <br />3. The City of Ramsey directs City Staff to forward a copy of <br />the Findings of Fact and notice of decision on the EAW to the <br />Environmental Quality Board (EQB) for publication in the EQB <br />Monitor, and <br /> 4. The City of Ramsey directs City Staff to forward copies of <br /> the decision on the EAW to all persons on the EAW distribution <br /> list and to all persons who commented on the EAW within five <br /> <br /> working days. <br /> <br /> The motion for the adoption of <br />seconded by Councilmember <br />vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />the foregoing Resolution was <br /> <br /> and upon a <br /> <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />and the following abstained. <br /> <br /> <br />
