Raatikka of tlakanson Anderson AsSociates, Inc. with reference <br />to the public utility, street and grading improvements to the plat of <br />River's Bend including but not limited to the following: <br /> <br />a) Municipal Water <br />b) Municipal Sewer <br />c) Storm Drainage <br /> Street Paving <br />e) General Grading and Restoration <br /> <br />and this report was received by the Ramsey City Council on July 24, 1984. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COU~TY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council will consider the public utility, <br />street and grading improvements to the plat of River's Bend in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at <br />an estimated total cost of the improvement of $ <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey ordered plans <br />and specifications for this improvement in Resolution ~84-107 on dune 12, <br />1984 and said plans and specifications will be available by <br />in the City Engineers office. <br /> <br /> <br />
