I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I AGREEMENT AMENDMENT #1 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of July, 1984, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "~ity" and Grace Community Bible Church, hereinafter referred to as "Grace Community". WHEREAS, Grace Community has requested permission to use the lower level of the Ramsey Municipal Center to hold church services from May 27, 1984 through November 25, 1984 in the interim of their constructing a new facility; and WHEREAS, the City has approved this request contingent upon Grace Community and the City entering into an agreement. NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreement and covenants and conditions hereinafter contained, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: I. That Grace Community agrees their use of the lower level will be on Sunday mornings beginning on May 27, 1984 and concluding on November 25, 1984. II. That Grace Community shall provide the City with a copy of their liability insurance naming the City in their limitS of liability through the entire period they are requesting use of the lower level. III. That Grace Community agrees and understands that if another organization or group requests the use of the lower level during Grace Community's scheduled times, then Grace Community shall make other arrangements. It is also agreed that the City will make every effort to give Grace Community adequate notice of any conflict of time.
