RESOLUTION #84- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUT[IORIZING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO IIARDR1VES, 1NC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Counc'il, City of Ramsey adopted <br />Resolution #84-105 awarding the bid for the following street improvements: <br /> <br />#84-2 - Rolling Green Addition <br />#84-11 - Magnesium Street N.W. <br /> <br />to Ilardrives, lnc. on June 12, 1984 in tbe amount of $55,640.00; and <br /> <br /> WllEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Ilakans~)n <br />Anderson, Inc. has recommended partial payment in his letter dated July 13, <br />1984 for the following street projects in the following amounts: <br /> <br />#84-2 - Rolling Green Addition <br />#84-11 - Magnesium Street N.W. <br /> <br />$34,080.81 <br />$ 5,521.40 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNC1L~ CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council, City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes partial payment to Hardrives, Inc. as per the City Engineer's <br />letter dated July 13, 1984, for the following street projects in the <br />following amounts: <br /> <br />#84-2 - Rolling Green Additlon <br />#84-11 - Magnesium Street N.W. <br /> <br />$34,O80.81 <br />$ 5,521.40 <br /> <br /> 2) That the Ramsey City Council, City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator/Clerk to sign the release form <br />for this partial payment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not <br />included in Resolution #84- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on <br />July 24, 1984, approving payment of the bills for the month of July. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided <br />a signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
