Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van Wagner to approve the agenda with the following addition: <br /> <br />Case #12: Ramsey 100th Birthday Celebration <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #2: Authorization To Install Fencing Around Pump Electrical <br /> Equipment At Central Park: <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding possibility of equipment falling into <br />the fenced area and Councilmember Reimann suggested that a sign <br />be posted stating City Hall should be contacted for the purpose <br />of retrieving equipment from fenced area. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Schlueter to adopt Resolution #84-119 authorizing the fencing of <br />the pump electrical equipment at Central Park and authorizing <br />budget amendment #4 to the 1984 City Budget, Park Fund 215, <br />Activity 2150, Line Item 1512 in the amount of $650.00. (Please <br />refer to resolution file for Resolution #84-119). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Denial Of Renewal Of License To Operate Cleanfill <br />Demolition Landfill; Case Of Minnesota Utility <br />Contracting, Inc.: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that Minnesota Utility has met all the criteria <br />and the County has no grounds for denial. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamee and Councilmembers Sorteberg and Reimann agreed that <br />there has been an improvement in the physical appearance of the <br />area. <br /> <br />C/July 10, 1984 <br />Page. 4 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
