PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A Board of Adjustment was held on Tuesday, June 26, 1984 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter, <br />Mayor Tom Gamec <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br />Reporter Carolyn Thompson <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Sue Van Wagner <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Schlueter called the Board of Adjustment to order at <br />7:38 p.m. <br /> <br />BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request For Board Of Adjustment Variance For An Accessor~ <br /> Building Larger Than Permitted By City Code; Case Of <br /> Mr. Richard Cich: <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamee and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve the findings of fact for Mr. Richard Cich's request to <br />add 494 square feet to his attached garage for a combined total <br />of 1,166 square feet. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor Gamec, <br />Councilmembers Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting No: None. Absent: <br />Councilmember Van Wagner. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve of Mr. Richard Cich's request for a Board of Adjustment <br />variance to add 494 square feet to his attached garage for a <br />total attached garage area of 1,166 square feet contingent upon <br />his entering into a development agreement. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Schlueter, Mayor Gamec, <br />Couneilmembers Sorteberg and Reimann. Voting No: None.
