~arch 30, 1981 <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council has expressed the desire to take bids on the <br />next Pet Clinic tentatively set for April 25, 1981 between the hours <br />of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 Noon.
