If Council disapproves <br />transfer, they should state reason for the record. <br /> <br />CASE ~8: <br /> <br />FIRE CONTRACT: <br /> <br />Anoka has agreed with the City of Ramsey's corrections to their <br />figures so we ape now submitting the Fire Contract.to you for your <br />approval and requesting authorization to ~ke payment to the City <br />of Anoka in the amount of $8,181.22. <br /> <br />Jeanne checked out our total fire contract billing this past year <br />when woPklng on the 1981 budget. She discovered that Anoka and <br />Elk River had over' billed the City of Ramsey a considerable amount <br />of dollars as shown below: <br /> <br /> a. City of Anoka over billed <br />b. City of Elk River over billed <br /> <br />TOTAL <br /> <br />$5,258.78 <br />~.56~.00 <br /> <br />$9.822.78 <br /> <br />Now these over billings were not done intentionally as they bill <br />according to Our market valuation for'the area they provide fire <br />protectionto in the Ctiy of Ramsey.
