CITY OF RANSEY <br />AGRE~T TO GUARANTEE COMPLIANCE WITH <br />DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED <br /> BY THE CITY OF R~SEY <br /> <br />INTENT AND pURPOSE <br />To assure that all conditions of approval established by the City of <br />Ramsey for all non-residential developments, be fully understood by <br />the applicant and assure that the Applicant fully complies with all con- <br />ditions established by this agreement. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br />The property is legally described as Lot 3 Auditors Subdivision #31 and <br />is generally known as 6845 West Highway #10. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGBED~ENT <br /> l) Applicant shall submit to the City a site plan as approved <br />by the City. Said plan shall be m~rked as Exhibit "A" aud shall become <br />a part of this agreement. <br /> 2) Applicant understands and agrees that all mterials shall <br />be stored in either the existing buildir~ or trucks parked on the site <br />for transporting. <br /> 3) Applicantunderstands snd agrees that at no tLme sh~11 <br /> there be more than two truck trailers on the site. (See Exhibit "A") <br /> 4) Applicant understands and agrees that any signs shallbe <br /> tn~talled in accordance with the City of Ramsey Sign Ordinance which <br /> shall include the acquisition of a sign permit. <br /> 5) Applicant understands and agrees that appropriate insect <br />and rodent control shall be maintained as a part of his operation. <br /> 6) Applicant understands and agrees that failure to comply <br />with the terms of this agreement shall result in the loss of this con- <br />ditional use permit. <br /> <br />CITY OF p~EY <br /> Its Mayor <br /> <br />Dick Hetlaud, President <br /> <br />ATTEST: BY <br /> it,s Administrative/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
