P~ESOLUTION #81- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Waste ~anagement Corporation has established an <br />escrow account with the City of Ramsey to cover costs that are incurred <br />by the City of Ramsey in dealing with the Ramsey Landfill. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE <br />OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> l) The Ramsey City Council hereby directs that $1,179.79 is <br /> to be transferred from Escrow Fund #804 (Waste Management escrow account) <br /> to General Fund #101 to cover costs incurred by the City of Ramsey <br /> General Fund in dealing with Ramsey Landfill problems which is managed <br /> by Waste Nanagement. <br /> 2) It is directed that the City Accounting Department be fur- <br /> nished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
