ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Enclosure: (D2-n) Resol~tlon Re: Budget items <br /> <br />CASE #15: <br /> <br />LEGAL: <br /> <br />City Attorney will address the following issues: <br /> <br /> a. Park Improvement Bond Project regarding land. <br /> h. Ramsey Landfill <br /> <br />CASE #16: <br /> <br />1980 BUDGET CARRY OVER PROJECTS: <br /> <br />The following listed items were budgeted in 1980 but the funds <br />were not expended. <br /> <br /> a. Accounts 101-4091-5200 $1,400 for purchase of <br /> electric typewriter and map stand. We request <br /> that this be added to the 1981 budget as we Will <br /> need the items. <br /> <br />b. 101-4930-4600 $4,000 grant cost, recreation <br /> facility. We will be hilled for this,accordingly <br /> we request that this be added to the 1981 budget. <br /> <br />c. 101-4930-q900 $2,000 Airport Feasibility Study. <br /> This is a formality as we expended the money in <br /> 1981 and consequently we have to reflect it in our <br /> 1981 Budget. Previously, we could have carried <br /> this as encumbrance, but new changes to the account- <br /> ing field will not allow us to do it. <br /> <br /> d. 101-q930-5100 $2,000 directory sign purchase and <br /> construction. We request that this be added to the <br /> 1981 budget. <br /> <br />Comments: The above has to be done or the above funds will revert <br />back to the general fund. Accordingly, it is requested that Council <br />adopt the resolution contained in enclosure (D2-n). <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove. If you <br />approve please adopt the resolution contained in enclosure (D2-n). <br />If you disapprove of any of the items listed above, you should <br />state your re~son for the record by m orlon. <br /> <br />CASE #17: <br /> <br />AMENDMENT OF SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL PERMIT #SW-9g (Anoka Municipal <br /> <br />Landfill). <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-n) is forwarded for your review and action. <br />Cotinc~l Action: Your action may be to approve/disapprove/ or do <br />nothing about it. <br /> <br /> <br />
