ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Enclosttre (D3-i) Petition for street tarvia, Ford Brook Estates <br /> (D3-j) Landfill report for Feb and Mar 1981 <br /> <br />CASE #11: <br /> <br />STREET PETITION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT, FORD BROOK ESTATES: <br /> <br />Enclsoure (D3-i) contains the petition that the City office <br />received for requesting that the streets be improved in the <br />Ford Brook Estates area. <br /> <br />The following statistical information has been prepared by the <br />City office: There are 51 units and of these, 16 signed in favor <br />of the improvement. However, this only comes to 31.50% in favor. <br />They do not have the required 35% minimum signatures, required by <br />State Law which authorixe Council to order the project by the <br />authority of a citizens petition. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />adopting resolution ordering preparation of report~on improvement. <br /> <br />CASE #12: <br /> <br />LIST OF MEETINGS COMING UP IN THE FUTURE THAT COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> <br />SHOULD BE COGNIZANT OF: <br /> <br />The following is a list of meetings that Council members should <br />he reviewing: <br /> <br /> a.
