Dog Ordlnance Violations <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Blaydes: <br /> <br />We have received complaints from the residents in your a~ea stating <br />youm dogs are barMng day and night and creating a nuisance. <br /> <br />This letter is to inform you that we do have a dog ordinance in the <br />City of Ramsey which states it is unlawful for any person to keep or <br />harbor a do~ which habitually barks between the hours of 10:00 P.M. <br />and 6:00 A.M. Failure on your pa~t to comply with the ordinance is <br />considered a misdemeanor and subject to penhlties thereof. I am en- <br />closing a copy of our ordinance ~hich~ertains to barking dogs and <br />the declarations of nuisances affecting public peace and safety.
