Failure <br />on your part to comply with the ordinance is considered a misdemeanor <br />and subject to penalties thereof. I am enclosing a copy of our ordi- <br />nance which pertains to dogs running at large aud the declsrations <br />of nuisances affecting the public peace and safety.
