CASE #4: TABLED DRAINAGE PROBLEM'REGARDINGI59th'AVENUENW: <br /> <br />Background'Information: The following background information is <br />hereby submitted for your review in :taking action on this case. <br />Please refer to enclosure (D2-d) which contains the following <br />documents: <br /> <br />a. Cit~ Engineer's feasibility report dated January <br /> 12, 1981 regarding drainage problem on 159th Ay NW. <br />b. Excerpt of Council minutes dated February 25, 1981 <br /> which tabled action on this case until April, 1981. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will he to adopt resolution calling for <br />public hearing and setting date for it. Council also may decide <br />not to take any action. <br /> <br />CASE #5: <br /> <br />URBANDEVELOPMENT PERMIT; 'CASEOF'JAMES REFRIGERATION: <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Quanbeck of James Refrigeration and Mr. A1 Alberts were <br />before the Planning Commission' with a sketch plan for one lot on~ <br />the property just west of' City Hall. The Planning Commission <br />indicated they agreed with the concept but withheld their recomend- <br />dation until the City Council either re-affirms their past actions <br />or takes other action as to thelocatlon of 152nd Lane NW. <br /> <br />The following information is submitted for your review as enclosure <br />(D2-e): <br /> <br />a. Council minutes dated November 13, 1978 <br />b. County Engineer's letter dated Noven~er 15, 1978 <br />c. City Engineer's report dated November 13, 1978 <br />d. City Engineer's report dated April 7, 1981 <br />e. PgZ minutes should be availahle for the meeting <br /> <br />CouncilActlon: Your action will he to review the egress and ingress <br />that Council is requiring of Dr. Anderson in the future in regards <br />to his five (5) acre parcel where he has his Dental Clinic. The <br />James Refrigeration proposed plat and urban development plan which <br />will be in conflict with it. <br /> <br />CASE #6: ADOPTING RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br /> <br />ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS: CASE OF VARIOLITE STREET <br /> <br />Please refer to enclosure (D2-f) for resoltt~o~n that Council will <br />have to adopt. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disspprove r~sol- <br />ution approving plans and specification and ordering advertisement <br />for bids. If you disapprove of said plans, you should state your <br />reason. <br /> <br /> <br />
