Ha~ins~ Vice President, <br />Hankins & Kirton Builders, Inc, 4114 Irving Avenue North, Minneapolis~ Mn. 55412, <br />regarding their property located at 15040 Garnet' Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />2) City Assessors report <br /> <br />City A~m~istrator Schnelle commented on calls~from citizens regarding the <br />commercial tax statements received recently and how much higher..they are.~ <br />Counc~ms~ Cox also stated the commercial taxes are much htgher~ <br /> <br /> 3) City Engineer report <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka recommended discussion of the CAB Interceptor second <br />coonection be discussed'at the next meeting or at a special meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg to send a <br />letter to the Burlington Northern Railroad requesting that rather than <br />spending money for 'emergency aid facilities and upgrading the crossing~ to <br />assisb the building o£ a bridge across the' Rum River~ to alleviate the problem. <br />Motion carried.
