d) 151st Avenue N.W. lying between County Road #56 (R~msey Blvd. N.W.) and Garnet Street N.W. e) Limonite STreet N.W. lying between 149th Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. f) Kamacite Street N.W. lying between 149th Lane N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. g) Jaspar Street N.W. lying between 151st Avenue N.W. to a distance approximately 300 feet north of 151st Avenue N.W. h) Hematite Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of 150th Avenue N.W. i) Garnet Street N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, lying north and south of 151st Avenue N.W. All of the above streets are located in the: Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25. and such streets to be improved to a five ton rating and bituminous surfacing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P~I~EY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF M~INNESOTA, as follows: 1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of $189,0OO. 2) A public hearing willbe held on the proposed improvement on the 14th day of April, 1981, in the Council Chambers of the R~m~ey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. at 7:30 P.M. and the City Ad- ministrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: M~ayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Reimann and Cox. and the following voted against the same: None
